This is a terrible company to work for. They’ll send you out with 7 or 8 jobs which take a minimum of 30 mins and can even take up to 90 mins EACH and you’ll have about 3 or 4 hours of drive time….absolutely disgraceful. That’s why they damage so many vehicles because the tech is in a hurry to get home and you really can’t blame them, blame safelite for overloading them and underpaying them

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR WINDSHIELD. They took a very small crack on our windshield and turned it into a huge crack. It looks terrible. I was told by the National Office as well as my local office that it is not a COSMETIC REPAIR. You are very, very lucky if it looks better is what the person told me at our local office. Our windshield looks ten times worse!!

The biggest problem with chips repairs is that, yes they do help stop the spread but there is no guarantee on how the chip will look after. I have seen many chips get sealed up in fixed only to either still look ugly or slightly less visible.
